The Beaches ...
I have managed to check out only three beaches in Odesa - The Golden Beach, Langeron and Arkadia. The Golden Beach was 10 minutes away from aunt Nina's place where I stayed, so most of the time I was going there. I got up early in the morning and was on the beach around 9am and spent quite a few hours sunbathing and swimming. When it was noon time and the sun started to really scorch the place it was time to go home and have a much deserved nap =) And in the evening, when the heat died down, it was prime time to go downtown to Deribasivska Str and check out the night life in Odesa.
The Arkadia and Langeron beaches are lined up with many fancy nightclubs and bars, each one designed in a special style. "Pago" in Mayan style, "Ithaka" in Greek, "Luxor" in Egyptian etc.
All in all, the water was warm and the sky was clear, although there was a storm one day, but that was a nice change. I also came to visit my friends Natalka and Ihor in a nearby tourist city of Koblevo, however, I'd still give preference to Odesa's beaches.
I did not take my camera with me to the beach every time, hence, so few pictures. Visit Odesa when you have a chance, you won't be disappointed.
